Our building area extends for one hour driving distance from our offices located in Locust Grove, Virginia. We currently build in Orange, Culpeper, Spotsylvania, Louisa, King George and Stafford Counties as well as the City of Fredericksburg. We are happy to extend this limitation on a case to case basis depending on the scope of your project.

Already own property to build on? We will do a site review of your property to determine feasibility and site conditions. We have the expertise to work through all phases of land preparation, soil analysis, permitting for well and septic and positioning your home on the lot.

Lake of the Woods (LOW) is a private, planned residential community of single-family homes located in the northeastern tip of Orange County, Virginia. The main entrance to LOW is on Virginia Route 3, 15 miles west of I-95 and 18 miles east of Virginia Route 29, about halfway between the cities of Fredericksburg and Culpeper.
